π Grasshopper
We use Grasshopper as our telephone system. Someone from the office will set you up with your unique office phone number and login. The number will be set to ring to your cell phone, which you can answer directly on your phone. By logging into the application itself, you can make outgoing calls with your unique office telephone number as well.
Grasshopper can be set to ring 24/7, or during certain hours of the day.
This telephone line reaches an auto-attendant with Grasshopper. Grasshopper is a VoIP telephone provider, meaning that our telephone service is handled through the internet with no physical phone connections of any sort. Grasshopper allow for a range of extensions for each staff member and Operator, as well as a collection of different incoming lines. Other than our main office telephone number, other incoming phone numbers go directly to certain staff as assigned through the Grasshopper system.
Each person using the phone system will be set up with a user on Grasshopper. You should also download the Grasshopper app from your app store.
