Respite Support
We recognize that everyone needs time off. For Concierge Service clients, we offer a unique opportunity to take time off, as a business owner, without having to worry about your operations while you are away. For up to two weeks a year, our Service Team will assume responsibility for your homes in order to allow you time on vacation, with your family, or doing whatever you would like--without having to worry about telephone calls or operational expectations.
Marketing and Branding Support
Our Marketing and Branding Support focuses on establishing a strong, recognizable identity for your Chartered Home. This service enhances your visibility and appeal in the community, ensuring that your home stands out as a preferred choice for those seeking sober living options.

Cost for service is indicated below and does not include state-level entity filing fees (these range from $50 to $520 depending on the state)

Our Comprehensive Legal Entity Setup Service is designed to assist you in forming your LLC or corporation with ease and efficiency. For a flat fee, we provide guidance through every step of the process, ensuring that your new business entity is properly established and compliant with state requirements.
Service Includes:

Initial Consultation: We will meet with you to discuss your business needs and goals and work with you to determine the appropriate type of entity (LLC or corporation).
- Have you chosen between LLC, For Profit Corporation or Nonprofit Corporation?
- In what state do you want to register your entity?
- Filing Fees Management: We'll go over all state filing fees and assist with the payment process.
- Document Preparation: We will assist with completing and filing the necessary state forms for entity formation. We will also work with you to prepare the Operating Agreement (for LLCs) or Bylaws (for corporations).
