The chart below displays our standard service packages that are available to all Chartered Operators. Core Services is the minimum level of service required under a Program Services Agreement. The foundation of any great sober living home is the community of guests it supports. Ensure each new guest begins their journey with clarity, comfort, and care with our specialized intake services. Remember, our intake services are available a la carte, separate from Core Services and Concierge Services.

Creating a Bespoke Intake Plan

• Personalized Intake Coordinator: Every home is unique. We assign a dedicated Intake Coordinator, trained to align with your specific intake criteria and move-in procedure preferences. They're not just professionals; they're part of your extended team.
• Intake Expectations: not only will we screen your guests and recommend approvals based on your intake criteria, we will help you develop an intake plan that works to ensure the right people are moving into your home.

Holistic Application Management

• Thorough Applicant Assessment: Before we even get on the phone, we will conduct an assessment of each applicant to determine the right fit and how we will conduct the screening to ensure that this applicant will receive excellent service and you will receive a thorough report.
• Telephone Applications: Often, applicants will be unable to access the internet to submit an application. Our trained intake coordinators are available throughout the day to conduct telephone applications to ensure fast service and efficient move-ins.
• Referral Source Tracking: Know where your guests come from. Our referral database helps in maintaining strong ties with key referral sources, ensuring a steady flow of applications.
• In-depth Telephone Screening: Every story matters. We engage in detailed conversations with applicants, assessing their readiness and fit for the sober journey ahead. We document every telephone screen and careful detail and provide you with a recommendation for approval or other action, supported by a comprehensive documented telephone screen.

Intake onboarding may incur an additional cost if you are onboarding an empty home or otherwise the scope of intake engagement will require up front work.

• Pre-Certification Review: we will work with you to ensure a successful certification process, including conducting a pre-certification inspection of your home, reviewing your legal and operational documents, and assisting you in filling out your certification application and other paperwork .
• Health & Safety Protocols: We guide you in adhering to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure environment for everyone. We will work with you to ensure that protocols are in place and in compliance with NARR 3.0 standards.

Our House Mentor empowerment program focuses on finding, training, and supporting the ideal House Mentors for your Chartered Home. Through our comprehensive approach, we ensure that your House Mentors are well-equipped to provide exceptional support to your guests.

• Search & Selection Assistance: Craft effective job descriptions and selection processes with our expertise to find the ideal House Mentor.
• Rigorous Evaluation: Our comprehensive evaluation process ensures the selection of House Mentors who align with your home's values and needs.
• In-depth Training: We offer extensive training materials to fully prepare your House Mentors for their crucial role in supporting guests.

Respite Support

We recognize that everyone needs time off. For Concierge Service clients, we offer a unique opportunity to take time off, as a business owner, without having to worry about your operations while you are away. For up to two weeks a year, our Service Team will assume responsibility for your homes in order to allow you time on vacation, with your family, or doing whatever you would like--without having to worry about telephone calls or operational expectations.

Marketing and Branding Support

Our Marketing and Branding Support focuses on establishing a strong, recognizable identity for your Chartered Home. This service enhances your visibility and appeal in the community, ensuring that your home stands out as a preferred choice for those seeking sober living options.

• Brand Development: Assistance in creating a unique identity that resonates with your mission and values.
• Marketing Material Creation: Support in designing and producing compelling marketing materials, both digital and print.
• Online Presence Strategy: Guidance on effectively utilizing social media and online platforms to reach a wider audience and engage with potential guests.

Access our network of recommended professionals, including attorneys, CPAs, licensed contractors, and more. These experts provide valuable insights and services, supporting the various aspects of running your Chartered Home. Please note, to ensure equitable access for all Operators, there is a limit on the amount of consultation time available.

• Financial Guidance: Access our network of CPAs for financial management, tax planning, and accounting services.
• Facility Maintenance and Upgrades: Get in touch with licensed contractors for maintenance or renovation questions needs.

🏛️ Legal Entity Setup Service

Our Comprehensive Legal Entity Setup Service is designed to assist you in forming your LLC or corporation with ease and efficiency. For a flat fee, we provide guidance through every step of the process, ensuring that your new business entity is properly established and compliant with state requirements.

Service Includes:

1. Initial Consultation: We will meet with you to discuss your business needs and goals and work with you to determine the appropriate type of entity (LLC or corporation).

   1. Have you chosen between LLC, For Profit Corporation or Nonprofit Corporation?
   2. In what state do you want to register your entity?
2. Filing Fees Management: We'll go over all state filing fees and assist with the payment process.
3. Document Preparation: We will assist with completing and filing the necessary state forms for entity formation. We will also work with you to prepare the Operating Agreement (for LLCs) or Bylaws (for corporations).

4. EIN Application: We will work on your behalf to obtain a Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS - required for forming your business bank account.

5. Registered Agent Setup: If you need a registered agent service, we will help you find one.

6. Compliance Assistance: We are happy to provide additional guidance on initial compliance requirements, such as board meetings, minutes, and resolutions.

7. State-Specific Requirements: If needed, we will assist with any state-specific requirements, including publication requirements in states like New York.

8. Business Banking: We'll help you get your business bank account set up with a bank of your choosing, including preparing the paperwork and explaining the process from A to Z.

Additional Training Notes

• Principal training is mandatory for the key individual if the Operator is a corporate entity.
• While we primarily offer training online via the Talent LMS system, any extra training needs outside the standard program might incur additional costs.
• Operators bear the expenses related to training logistics, such as travel and accommodation.
