Custom Print Marketing Materials

VSL's marketing team designs and provides the opportunity for operators to purchase printed marketing materials to help support their Outreach efforts. Custom print marketing materials include materials that are designed for homes, Operators, or for other custom purposes.

 

Home Flier | Custom for each home

A home-specific flyer that showcases the best pictures of the sober house you're operating, as well as which gender is served, rent information, and QR codes to the website page and online guest application.

What does our team need from you?

  • Your home name and gender
  • Your home's certification status
  • Several professional photos of the home (see Photo Standards)
  • A description of you, the Operator, to use on the flier
  • A description of the home to include on the flier as well
  • Pricing, contact information, etc.
  • Other content you would like to add to the flier, within reason!

Business Card | Custom for each Operator

If you're in need of business cards, you can use our template on the VistaPrint ProShop (read more about this later in the article). Select whether you're a "contract operator" or "chartered operator" and plug in your personal contact information.
 
 

Standard Print Marketing Materials

VSL's marketing team has also produced a set of standard print marketing materials that can be ordered and used to support outreach efforts as well. Standard marketing materials include materials that are not customizable for each Operator, and rather display information about the VSL membership organization as a whole.

 

VSL Tri-Fold

These tri-folds provide some general information about Vanderburgh Sober Living's mission and vision, along with some contact information. It provides critical background on what VSL does and why we do it. These are great to hand out at events, along with your home flyer and business card. 

 

Referral Cards

These cards are designed to help you attract more guests through a $25 discount on their first week's rent. It has our online application QR code, company contact information, and an area where you need to sign to approve the $25 discount if you so choose. 
 

Printable Guest Applications

 We think it's a great idea to have a few printed applications around, in case you run into someone who wants to apply but has a hard time with technology or may not have a phone or computer. These applications are the same as what you would find online.
 

Printable Guest Handbooks

The Guest Handbooks outline our mission, policies, and requirements of being a guest in one of our homes. This is a great resource to have in your homes. We also have a digital version online.

    Ordering Printed Marketing Materials

    All of our print marketing material can be ordered through the VistaPrint ProShop. This allows Operators to see everything we create, and even have the ability to edit some of the document templates, such as business cards. 

     

    How to Order Marketing Materials on VistaPrint

    1. Please go to our VistaPrint ProShop. Log in or make an account if you do not already have one. We do not make VistaPrint accounts for our Operators, so this is something you'll need to do on your own (if you haven't made yourself an account already).

    2. Click on the marketing material you would like to order.

    3. Select the quantity you would like to order.

    4. Fill in the corresponding information if you are promoted to.
    Note: This may not be needed for some Marketing Material (ex: Home Flyers).

    5. Double-check that your design is correct and then click "Add to Cart".

    7. Fill in your proper shipping address and payment information. Afterward, please click "Pay & Place Order."
