📄 Guest Agreement

This is the legal contract between the resident and Vanderburgh House. It covers the basic terms of residency, including the requirement that the resident must abide by the Resident Handbook.

This is the legal binding contract between the resident and Vanderburgh House. It is not as detailed as the Resident Handbook, but it includes rent amount, releases, authorizations, and all legal considerations regarding their residency.

 

Be sure to access all forms directly from OneDrive or Buildium, as they are updated from time to time. Saving them onto your device as opposed to accessing them from Buildium may cause you to miss important updates to the documents.

 

Filling Out the Resident Agreement

Filling out the Resident Agreement is simple. There are two pages, front and back.

Page 1

  1. Verify identity through a photo ID and fill out Resident’s Full Legal Name, Date of Birth, and Resident’s Home Address based on ID information. The sober house is not Resident’s Home Address.
  2. The Community is the name of your home.
  3. Term Begins is the date they are moving into the home.
  4. Payment Received is the amount of money collected when they move in.
  5. Next Payment Due is the date when they will need to make their first payment after moving in.
  6. Indicate Weekly/Monthly and Room Type, and the Rental Rate being charged per week or month.

Page 2

    1. Date the document as of the day of signing.
    2. Resident’s Signature is on the left signature line.
    3. Operator or House Manager’s Signature.
    4. Indicate the Full Legal Name of Operator which is your LLC’s or corporation’s full legal name.
